Creating a Pack - Possession Details

Accurate possession information is crucial for safe and efficient railway work. Accurail provides a streamlined process for inputting and managing possession details in your Safe Work Pack (SWP). Let's explore how to effectively use this feature:

• WONs are updated in the system every Friday.
• This means the final WON is able to be included in SWPs Friday the week before.

Possession details with dropdowns open

The Week No is automatically detected from your Shift Start Date in the shift info section. To input possession details in Accurail:

1. Select Region:

   • Start by selecting the appropriate region for your work.
   • This step is crucial as it determines which Weekly Operating Notice (WON) is displayed.

2. Possession Number or Item Number:

   • Once you've selected the region you'll see a dropdown to select your possession number or item number.
   • Selecting one will automatically populate the other
   • The WON will appear in a dropdown below

3. Worksite Number:

   • A search function for worksite numbers is currently in development and will be available soon.

If you can't find your possession in the dropdown:

• Double-check that you've selected the correct region and that the WON has been updated.
